These TOS set forth the legal terms and conditions governing your use of Zeno. The Zeno developers reserve the right to amend, remove, or add to the TOS at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately. Accordingly, please continue to review the TOS whenever accessing, or using this Site. For changes to these TOS that we deem material, we will notify Zeno users. Your access, link to, or use of Zeno, after the posting of modifications to the TOS will constitute YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TOS, as modified. If, at any time, you do not wish to accept the TOS, you may not access, or use Zeno. Any terms and conditions proposed by you which are in addition to or which conflict with the TOS are expressly rejected and shall be of no force or effect.

Zeno allows you to upload, edit, and receive data. By uploading or editing any data in Zeno, you acknowledge that this data is considered publicly available under CC-BY-SA 4.0. Specifically, Zeno does not ensure that your data stays private and can potentially be accessed and downloaded by anyone else. Furthermore, before uploading data to Zeno, you must obtain the rights to publicly provide said data.
You may not use Zeno for any illegal purpose, for the facilitation of the violation of any law or regulation, or in any manner inconsistent with the TOS.
We may review content to determine whether it is illegal, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don't assume that we do.
You agree that your use of Zeno is at your sole risk and acknowledge that Zeno is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with Zeno or the use or other dealings in Zeno.
Zeno operates in the United States. Zeno makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in locations other than the United States. If you access this Site from locations outside of the U.S. you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
You represent, warrant and covenant that: (i) you have the power and authority to enter into this agreement; and (ii) you are at least eighteen (18) years old.
